Cocktail Franks for Breakfast
Aidell's Chicken Apple Mini's looked good in the package in the store but, once on the plate, reminded me irresistibly of those weird cocktail sausages that used to come wedged together in a can before you'd wiggle them out and add them with some strange barbecue-type sauce to your chafing dish with the Sterno can underneath.
I know, I'm weird, but it made me laugh first thing in the morning on a rainy, cold winter's day.
What more can you ask from breakfast sausages?

Ah, you'd be referring to the lofty Vienna Sausages! Soft as drowned babies' fingers. (I can give them a disgusting description like that and *still* eat them.)
Pretty breakfast, Zoomie.
Cookiecrumb, Vienna! Yes! That's it!
Yep, I remember back in the days when I used to BEG my mother to let me eat a can of Vienna Sausages...I was young, please don't think bad of me :)
Mrs. I, not to worry - I used to relish bologna sandwiches on gooshy Wonder bread with mayo and iceberg lettuce. In fact, that actually sounds kinda good right now! ;-)
