Crème fraiche and scallions this time.
Just as tasty as the one with corn salad and we liked the tang of the crème fraiche.
Just as cooling for the third day of our little heat wave.

You have heat wave???? I want a heat wave. Or at least a warm wave. Nice pic, love the soup....
Katie, our warmest months are usually September and October. Sometimes late August.
