Brutti Ma Buoni
A melted sandwich with Swiss cheese, wheatberry toast and tuna salad made with lovely olive-oil packed tuna, celery, green onion, lemon juice and a soupçon of mayo.
Briefly under the broiler until the cheese sags and even browns, if you want.

Tuna melt of the opera! Is early now but I think that sando might make a great breakfast.
A warm sandwich just sounds so nice. Even though it's summer.

Louis, if you hold the tuna, you have a grilled cheese sandwich - not a bad option.
Cookiecrumb, it got sunny here around 2pm but still really cold. I actually bumped up the heat after lunch!
