And I really like doing this with Italian sausage. mmmmmmmmmm! I've been enjoying green garlic so much this year. I've been able to add a bunch to my CSA box each week which has been awesome! <br /><br />As much as I love veggies and eat a LOT of them, and I try to make meat more of a side than the main course, I could never consider vegetarianism!
