Believe it, but don't feel you must shame others into your way of thinking. Your guy is lucky to have you watching his diet carefully - even if he protests now and then. :-)Zoomiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16474153316588551039noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5732224038883472327.post-64201566224543756962014-02-08T11:33:34.716-08:002014-02-08T11:33:34.716-08:00I'm perfectly happy to eat vegan or vegetarian...I'm perfectly happy to eat vegan or vegetarian or gluten-free or whatever.... as long as I can eat it without the preaching LOL Well, also as long as it's good. Your restaurant sounds like it was both. It's not coming to our house though... the hubs, being T1 and no pancreas, has requirements that would not be satisfied, I fear (and I need meat).Katie Zellerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17498599461583826030noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5732224038883472327.post-85919454265254765642014-02-08T11:27:37.219-08:002014-02-08T11:27:37.219-08:00It sounds like a wonderful meal we have reduced ou...It sounds like a wonderful meal we have reduced our meat consumption. If I were either vegan or vegetarian, I think I'd say yes.Zoomiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16474153316588551039noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5732224038883472327.post-26389215992395223322014-02-07T15:17:34.848-08:002014-02-07T15:17:34.848-08:00Great read Zoomie. I didn't know about the Cafe Gratitude connection but it makes sense now that I know. There is a whole lot of wordage in the website about celebrating the divine female, etc. A little too touchy-feeling for my taste, but if they make food this good, they can say whatever they want. :-) Two young couples joined our communal table and they all joined hands to pray before the meal, so I guess they "get" it.Zoomiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16474153316588551039noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5732224038883472327.post-53445724129819270592014-02-07T11:25:20.702-08:002014-02-07T11:25:20.702-08:00I've heard good reports on the food there. My vegan granddaughter likes the place so much.kudzuhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17568605434930160363noreply@blogger.com
