I tend to like a goodly amount of heat, but not crazy, wild need-to-sign-a-release-form before I'm allowed to buy it hot.<br /><br />One of my favorite mild (to me) sauces is Tabasco Chipotle Sauce - smoky, flavorful with just a little heat. And it's available everywhere.<br /><br />At the other end of my spectrum is Matouk's West Indian Salsa Picante Hot Sauce.
